	Do garage conversions need building regulations? Yes, building regulations are needed, but not planning permission
	Can I have a loft built-in? We can do this for you and build a loft hatch to your specification - no problem at all
	How do I make sure the conversion is warm when it is completed? It is advisable to opt for plenty of insulation - floor, external walls and the roof space.  You can also choose to have radiators installed
	What insulation would you recommend? Fibreglass is the usual insulation used.  However, you can choose Rockwool - this is more expensive but also offers sound proofing qualities because the material is more dense
	What will you do with the garage door?   We will leave the garage door in place as we build around it.  This means that if you ever want to change the use of your conversion back to a garage, you can!
	I want it to be a guest room, can I install TV?   Of course! - All electric sockets will be built in during the conversion works, so a TV should be discussed at the start of the process so we can recommend when to call in a TV engineer because the wires will need to be fed behind the new walls
	Will you order the doors for me? Yes, we can give you a catalogue of doors available, you choose and we will collect it/them. It is recommended that you order the door furniture in plenty of time to make sure that when our carpenter is working on site, he can fit this for you as well
	What about the electric lights /sockets then? Again, order these in plenty of time and when our electrician is working on site they will be ready for him to use.  We can offer advice of where to buy them or order them for you
