BUILDING
Answers to questions and pictures of small building works completed
Is it possible to remove our wall between the lounge and dining room - it seems to be a supporting wall? Building Regulations would be needed as well as a structural engineers report before we can remove this wall
What building projects do you undertake? We can do a variety of jobs from replacing a couple of roof tiles to major works. Chimney removal and / or repairing them and rendering, garden walls and steps, taking down internal walls and installing steel lintels, loft and garage conversions - to name a few
What are the advantages of you taking on the whole project of removing an internal wall? The benefit of us doing the building work is that if you need rendering or plastering we are already on site and you are only dealing with us as the main contractor and not having to project manage or suffer delays if you other contractors are not available at the same time
Could you knock through a wall and put in a door? Yes, that is something that we can do for you. Please see the gallery below for an example of this carried out within a garage conversion |
